You may have noticed a change in our digital news website, app, social media and newsletter today.
Marlborough App is no more, we are now Marlborough Now.
Why the change? Well, the first line of this article sums it up, we are far more than just an app. Our digital platform has grown from when we first launched it in 2018 to include a website, social media pages and a weekly newsletter.
‘App’ didn’t fully reflect what we are doing in the digital space anymore.
Why now? Top South Media Marlborough publishes a monthly lifestyle magazine called Marlborough Magazine, this is a place where we can tell longer stories, use stunning photography and go a little deeper. TSM also publishes Marlborough Weekly, a newspaper that reaches deep into the community as it is the largest circulated newspaper in Marlborough. We tell the stories of the week and keep the community informed.
With the monthly and weekly publications already popular, our readers have told us what they like about Marlborough App is that it lets them know what is happening, now.
With that focus on now, the name became quite obvious – Marlborough Now.
