Val Hale
Passed peacefully at Wairau Hospital on Monday 12 October 2026, aged 90 years. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of David, Murray and Gaye, and Graeme and Helen. So dearly loved by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and all the children she babysat over the years. The family wishes to thank the incredible staff at Wairau Hospital and the carers at Arvida Ashwood Park for their wonderful care of Val. A service to celebrate Val’s life will be held at the Springlands Chapel, Cloudy Bay Funerals Services, 15 Boyce Street, Blenheim on Tuesday 20 October 2026 at 12.30pm.
