SHILLIDAY; Jean Patricia (Pat)

Passed away peacefully on Sunday, 11 October 2026, in her 93rd year at Oceania Redwood Care Home, Blenheim. Much loved wife of the late Jack. Treasured and loved mother of Jacqui and Nick, and loved mother-in-law of Karlene.
Pat was born in Northern Ireland and immigrated to New Zealand with her dearly loved husband Jack in 1957 at the age of 25. They lived most of their lives in Auckland before moving to the beautiful seaside town of Picton in the Marlborough Sounds in 2002.
We wish to thank all the staff at Redwood Village and Marlborough Hospice for the love, kindness, and compassion shown to Mum. Special thanks to Naisha, Jo, and Jenny for their kindness and support they gave Pat while she was at home.

According to Pat's wishes a private creamtion has taken place.
